What are the various ways members can earn rewards?

Our program design capabilities includes tracking and rewarding via points earned (spend), frequency (visits), online and social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Clutch CLS platform have the ability to store value with ‘Custom Value types” such as “Birthday”, “Surprise”, and “Bonus”, that can be earned via points threshold or loaded with marketing campaigns. The non-spend earning opportunities could include attending special events or refer a friend campaigns.

How does your platform handles the redemption process for members?

The redemption process hits the Clutch CLS platform from one of numerous channels, including in-store or online in real time. The member will receive a transaction overview from the in-store or online receipt. We may also send automated emails or text messages with their account overview and transaction history.  Depending upon program design, members will see points reset to zero at a threshold but have currency or “reward” available for redemption.  Transaction history would show the conversion of points to reward upon reaching the threshold. Returns will be handled by decreasing the number of points associated with the returned product. This process is handled through the return options within the POS and ecommerce site.
