My stand alone terminal is not processing, what should I do?

Here is a quick checklist, if processing does not return, call us at 888.541.6789.

  1. Have you tried a restart?
  2. Is the Ethernet cable and/or phone line connected to the correct ports?
  3. Is the phone and/or Internet service down?
  4. If you are processing over a phone line, does the line require a ‘9’ or any other pre-fix to dial out?
    If the terminal is not aware of the pre-fix, the terminal will not process
  5. Have you experienced a power outage (even briefly) at your location recently?
    Power surges can blow out a terminal – may require a file build and download
  6. Does your terminal state *GO Download Needed? Or anything that indicates a download is needed?
    This requires a download, and possibly a new file build
