Here is a quick checklist, if processing does not return, call us at 888.541.6789.
- Have you tried a restart?
- Is the Ethernet cable and/or phone line connected to the correct ports?
- Is the phone and/or Internet service down?
- If you are processing over a phone line, does the line require a ‘9’ or any other pre-fix to dial out?
If the terminal is not aware of the pre-fix, the terminal will not process
- Have you experienced a power outage (even briefly) at your location recently?
Power surges can blow out a terminal – may require a file build and download
- Does your terminal state *GO Download Needed? Or anything that indicates a download is needed?
This requires a download, and possibly a new file build
